I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and featured a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, plus a washer & dryer. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, all thanks to the wonderful housekeeper. The service was top-notch, with professional and kind staff who always greeted me by name and took care of my key priorities, making my stay extremely comfortable. The location was superb, allowing me to explore the area easily on foot and enjoying the view from the balcony in what seemed like an affluent area. However, the dining experience left much to be desired as the quality was poor and the waiting time excessive. Overall, a mixed experience with the dining but everything else was amazing.

I stayed at the hotel with a group for a weekend getaway. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite we had offered an amazing sea view and was incredibly spacious, though a bit noisy due to the air conditioning compressor near one of the bedrooms, impacting my sleep quality. It was still big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably.

The hotel is located in a very nice downtown area with tons of access to whatever you need. It was perfect for getting around downtown Miami and close to a Metrover station. We could easily walk to a number of great restaurants too which was very convenient. However, the proximity to the Ship Port meant some noise in the surroundings.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right within the Brickell district, making it super convenient to explore lots of restaurants and the metro rail. The rooms, although basic for a 4-star rated hotel, were spacious enough for all our belongings without feeling cluttered and had the bonus of a private bathroom. The service was top-notch, with professional and friendly staff all around. Dining was really good, but there were some shortages on staple items with no offer for alternatives. The facilities were excellent, and the value for money was just right for what you get.

I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms; they were much better than I expected. The fantastic view across the harbor was gorgeous and the space was perfect for my family traveling together.
